Does an incredible amount and makes my playing ever so much more enjoyable than the Yamaha portable grand series did. I did a LOT of research before committing to this, but is is perfect for my needs. I continue to marvel and learn new things every day, but the voices and styles (accompaniment arrangements) DO sound HUGE and special. Recording is easy and as many reviewers have written in other places 'Yamaha GOT IT RIGHT.' Many of the voices come from Tyros 3, and even though this instrument is top of the mid range (PSR S720 is good also), it doesn't sound anything but GOOD. The ONLY real criticisms I've seen are that it has only 61 keys. That's NOT a problem for me, the octave control allows for all the spectrum, and the 61 makes it infinitely more portable to play for various 'gigs.'

The other drawback is the non-weighted keys, again, no problem. They are expressive and can be easier to play especially for long programs and when using the various voices.

If you are considering this, disregard for those 2 drawbacks. Other than that, I cannot of but ONE. That is the music rack is very slight and doesn't do well with heavy fake books or weighty books. But again, easy to fix. Just use a separate conductor stand. I'm sure this was developed to make it easily portable, but wish the rack was a bit more heavy duty. Is fun to be able to make own arrangement styles and download from the internet, but the vastness of what IS included makes me wonder WHEN I'll want to do that.

Music finder is a good tool and this is arranger keyboard is a DIFFERENT instrument. It is not a piano--- although the voices and music when played solo piano is flawless. However, when it best shines is when you hear the various combo sounds. Movie themes sound like the orchestra played as the movie credits roll, combo sounds sound intimate, expressive, creative and REAL. I guess it the guitar strumming and articulated sounds (with more expression and nuances like fret noise and sliding etc.) are what just make me wonder. Icom Rs-r75 Software Download there.
